Holy new blog page! Nice, it's cute. And I'll go pug into Casey's favorites right now. She's so cute, and I LOVE red hair, so wish I had been born with it. Did you know I have 4 neices and nephews on each side with flaming red hair? I'm the only one missing out.

Hi there! I apologize for posting to a different post, but I am still figuring out how to use Blogger. (forgive me)

I am so embarassed that you saw my pitiful excuse for a blog; I seem to be having trouble figuring out how it all works so there is nothing to see so far!!

Again, my apologies for taking so long to get back to your comment; I didn't realize I had one until just today!

Things are definitely getting better as my son gets older, that is for sure! I don't know if he is mellowing or I am just getting used to him, but I can handle it better. Nickie has been a great support this past year, too; she is such a doll and always there when I need her!!

I struggled to get pregnant, it took us 5 years before our son came along. It was extremely difficult for me to reconcile my long-lost dreams of motherhood and the reality of a "high needs" baby once it set in. I truly hope that I can be a support to anyone that needs it because I would be lost without the few people I could lean on this past year.

I met Nickie on her wedding day! My husband and Nick were roommates for about 5 minutes back in 1999/2000 (pre-mission) and we kept in touch with Nick over the years. Like I said, we didn't meet Nickie until their wedding day, but she is great! Nickie and I became fast friends and I don't know what I would have done without her this past year! Despite living on opposite sides of the country she has been my closest friend.
